Happy Easter! 2010

My brother, Sterling, and his wife, Debbie, have the best backyard ever! We all have backyard envy. And, so it has become a tradition that the Pitts family have their annual Easter over there. We always start off with some good ol' egg dying.

It takes intense concentration. ...the tongue helps with that:).

Of course, we need to sample our eggs. They taste even better with a coat of blue dye:).
Love the dyed finger tips, Zane.

And, then the hunt begins. Even Lance has to go find his treat. Unfortunately for him, his uncles hide it ...and they don't make it easy.

Lance doesn't have a cousin his age so has a great time with his uncles instead. I always tell the uncles to treat him like a younger brother. I think Lance needs an older brother to put him in his place sometimes:). He gets too comfortable being the oldest in our home. hee hee

On the hunt.

Do you see all that sugar just waiting to rot her teeth?:) Why did we even bother to pay for braces?

SCORE!!!

Good finds.

Yes, Wes is at the stage where he can't LOOK at the camera and smile. a little frustrating, but he's still cute:)

Zane is an awesome big brother .... always helping Weston out.

And, then the crazy fun begins. The Udalls always bring cascarones (confetti filled eggs). It's a tradition for his side of the family. And now it's beginning to be one for the Pitts'. The older kids love it. ...even tho some people might end up with a headache as everyone else goes around cracking the cascarones on others' heads. OUCH!

yea, I'd say Lance is having toooo much fun!

I couldn't help but to get in on the fun... and sneak up behind Todd. Love my man! We ended the evening with a yummy BBQ. Another wonderful Easter at Sterling and Debbie's. Love our FAMILY!
